Questioning assumptions in relation to fixed shapes and the ordinary day-to-day life and comings and goings that exist as a result of the (un)forced relationship with the other person, and with the surroundings, can sometimes lead to refuting those same assumptions. This (un)forced relationship consists of different layers and exists at different levels.

I could tell you that I consider myself a handyman rather than a sculptor, an observer rather than an architect, and an owner rather than a resident. I could tell you that my work is an accumulation of changing insights that manifest themselves in images, text, or research. In which my views on structure, reality and functionality of a space are exposed. I could tell you I work from the apartment as an architectural concept.
