Follow the story of Ellie as she grows up and finds out she’s a bit different from the other kids. She wasn’t born with magical powers but with hearing loss. Kind of a raw deal to be born with in comparison to having laser eyes, right? Especially because she doesn’t know something is wrong, and neither do those around her. With her optimism she can brush off the weird looks she occasionally gets, but how long will that last? How will she deal with the consequences of hearing less than the others? Could there be advantages to having hearing loss? This comic is based on a true story and takes you on a journey seen from a whole new perspective, where sound is not that prominent.
