Check your breasts

It was a Monday morning. I started my day like every other, with a shower. While washing my left breast, I immediately froze. I found a lump in my breast… and just like that, my world was turned upside down.

At that moment, I realised that I’ve never learned how to properly examine my breasts. What to look for, what to feel for, but also… why aren’t we paying more attention to this.

Through my experience, I wanted to create awareness among women about examining your breasts. All the facts you need to know, what to do, what not to do. A platform that they can turn to for all the facts, support and help.

I created a campaign to ensure this awareness through the use of multiple components from folders flyers, ex. to an Instagram called ‘Check je borst’. Checking your breasts is important for all women.
