The outside doesn’t tell the full story – let’s talk.

What do you think of when hearing the word eating disorder?
There is slightly more awareness around this common disorder, but it’s still often portrayed as a stereotypical image of a young, underweight girl. That image is incomplete – and leads to people not being able to recognize themselves and therefore not seeking or receiving help in time. An eating disorder is about more than food. It’s not on the outside, it’s on the inside. Let’s talk about that.
It can sometimes be hard to understand what we can’t see. With the campaign ‘Body Language”, I try to give more visibility to different aspects of eating disorders to create a diverse picture and lower the threshold to a conversation. Every shirt and bag gives a piece of information on different topics. By scanning the artworks, an augmented reality animation will lead you to more information. To the full story.
