I have found the language

Maurice Vanderfeesten (9 September 1996) focuses on the idea that process is how you develop form. His artistic practice can be like building a language. Maybe indistinct characters, but like a conversation, this can be messy. But you do it on the spot, even if you don’t know what you’re going to say next. He is looking for structure by moving parts and moving work. But you are building a new language. Clowning, sculpting, irrationality, as well as documentation of scenarios are used as tools to reconnect a language he has been wanting to say all along. It is about the state you are in when you are in between two roles of situations. It is about the phase in which you are no longer one and not quite the other. It is the intermediate stage.
