Creativity connects souls

The Netherlands is a multicultural country. Yet we see a lot of division between cultures in our society. The housing market plays a major role in this. For years, the government assigned different neighborhoods and houses for certain cultures and new entrants. Wherefore it’s harder to find a connection these days. This is slowly changing, with more inclusive neighborhoods and big scale social housing projects with more diversity. However, in these options I miss the intimacy and more naturalness in living together. With this co-living project, I want to add a possibility for Dutch young adults, newcomers, and expats where they can live together. A house and a home with a juice of nationalities and cultures, where everyone feels connected.
