Nyctophilia

Gothic culture is all about embracing the lighter and darker parts of life. The darker parts of life are often disregarded or looked upon by society. With project Nyctophilia, Dune van Rumpt is giving a different view on gothic culture through fashion and illustration.

Inclusiveness is a topic that played a big part in this project. Goth is for everyone, and so everyone should be able to join in. The fashion pieces are gender-neutral and made to fit different body shapes and sizes. These fashion pieces were displayed in the form of a fashion show on the 5th of March at the Verkadefabriek during the “oh my goth” festival.
