Coffee Bean is a seemingly uncomplicated story about a grumpy, old man who just wants to live in peace, his only main source of comfort being a warm cup of coffee. One day, his everyday life gets interrupted by a stray puppy. Shenanigans ensue along with a dash of trauma on the unexpected journey!
Coffee Bean is inspired by my everyday life, but involves an unexpected new family member; a puppy! This project is a way for me to learn how to create interesting ways to tell a seemingly simple yet complex short story in the forms of storyboarding and animatic.
