Food on Foot

Ids van den Booren is a young artist who has used his culinary skills and his enthusiasm for history and research to create a book ‘Food on Foot,’ bundling unique recipes and stories about the city Breda. Some of these stories date back as far as the Middle Ages, some of these stories is plain gossip spread around the city and some of these stories are his own. Food on Foot is a work best experienced together. Stories come alive when you tell them, and stories sound the best during a meal with friends. For Now Show, Ids has created a social space resembling a living room where people can come together and take the time to look and read through the book.
