Gulliver’s Reizen

Gulliver’s Travels is a well-known story about a man named Gulliver who goes on an unexpected journey to various bizarre islands where he meets all kinds of extraordinary people. In my version of the story, he meets the small folk of Lilliput and the giant people of Brobdingnag.

During the making of my project, I figured out a way to make the original story shorter and more comprehensible for children from the age of eight years and older, yet still preserving the most memorable moments from the original story. 



When I am telling a story, I let the characters and their expressions tell the story and support this with quick strokes of watercolor and a sketchy drawing style.
