The absence of a father’s love and attention can create a bleak world. Without his support, it becomes incredibly challenging to develop courage. Through my research on this subject, I have come to realize that if a father rejects or neglects you, it feels as though the essence of civilization has abandoned you, rendering you of little value. A father’s role should be that of an empowering force, ensuring that you reach your fullest potential. Similar to a judge, he strives to bring out the best in you.
In my work, I aim to establish a connection between this phenomenon and the design and materials used in this chair. It illustrates how an engaged father can shape a resilient individual capable of bearing heavy burdens. Such an individual becomes a pillar in their community, embodying strength and reliability.
