A tale of a boy who meets another boy in his dreams.

There is a strong obsession with water in my work. Water combined with the alienation of familiar images, of a familiar world. My film ‘A Dream of Green’ emerged from research into water plants and the relationship between humans and their surroundings. It was never meant to be a film but rather an exploration of the beauty of a figure existing within a frame. From here, a narrative gradually took shape over the past seven months. It’s a film about death and dreams. What happens when we die, how does that feel, how does it sound, what does it look like.
