O Pão

“O Pão” is a short animated film about how stealing a snack escalates into a fight. With this film, I challenged myself to develop an action scene. I enjoy when mundane, everyday situations are pushed to their extremes, so the concept of a stolen snack became the basis of my film. Additionally, I appreciate both urban and tropical settings, hence the story is set in Brazil. As a nod to this, the snack being stolen is a Brazilian treat called Enrolado Misto. However, since this name felt too cumbersome as a title, I decided to name the film “O Pão,” which means “Bread” in Portuguese.
