"Throwing off the mask of your chosen tribe, recognizing embraced influences, feeling camouflaged emotions, tearing down glazed walls, searching through the kept rubble."

Creating art is my way of exploring the world. I constantly question how things are made and why. Who invented them? Where do they originate from? What are their uses, and what can I do with them? Being inspired by a memory, an image, an attitude, or a story, and subsequently generating an idea, teaches me about myself and thus about humanity. My life experiences, influences, and everyday observations merge into a unique visual language, shaped by the materials and techniques my environment provides.
By creating art, discovering new techniques, and using different materials, I learn about the history of the things I interact with.
